Industrial equipment cleaning training certification will open in February 2016

Industrial equipment cleaning is a business with rapid growth in domestic demand in recent years, and it has developed rapidly in petrochemical, electric power, chemical and other fields. Therefore, participating in professional training and national qualification certification for industrial cleaning has become an essential prerequisite for practitioners.


   In order to regulate the development of the industry, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China requires that cleaning practitioners must undergo vocational training and hold certificates. In order to implement the employment access system and meet the urgent needs of the cleaning industry to strengthen vocational training, so that the relevant management and technical personnel in the industry can master the cleaning technology process in a more systematic, complete and standardized manner, it is imperative for industrial cleaning technology training and national certification. It has always been welcomed by the industry. Industrial equipment cleaning has been involved in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, electronics, communication, machinery, printing and dyeing, textile, food, pharmaceutical, transportation, national defense science and technology industry and other industries of the national economy. Industrial equipment cleaning is a complex and dangerous operation. Practitioners often come into contact with dangerous chemicals and dangerous equipment and devices, and must work at heights, which is a high-risk industry. Improper operation has the following hazards: suffocation, poisoning, burning and explosion, resulting in personal injury or even loss of life.


More and more attention has been paid to the work of holding a certificate in high-risk industries. Especially in recent years, the occurrence of many chemical accidents (Dalian explosion, Qingdao PetroChina pipeline explosion, Tianjin Port explosion) has alerted relevant departments and owners, and must strictly implement hazardous chemicals.   Article 4 of the National Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals stipulates that employees should receive education and training, and take up jobs after passing the assessment; In addition, according to the "Safety Production Law", relevant practitioners must also hold certificates for employment.
